Our Facility is Equipped with 14 large box stalls, a separate 2 stall Quarantine barn, several well fenced paddocks as well as a large outdoor riding ring with full jump course, round pen and 30x100 indoor lunging arena which can also be used for turnout in poor weather. All paddocks, pastures and stalls have fresh water cleaned daily and all horses are checked regularly by our on site staff. We also offer English riding lessons and summer day camps.
Barn Manager/Coach
Jen Pretty has been working with horses for the last 20+ years. She has had the opportunity to learn from some fantastic coaches and horse trainers both in Ontario and on the East Coast. She believes in life long education and studies a wide range of horse related topics in order to keep up with new trends in equine management and care. Her attention to detail and hands on approach to barn management ensures that she can pick up on subtle changes in a horse and react appropriately should a problem arise.
As a coach for the past 13 years and mother of 3 children, Jen believes riding should be fun, but educational too! Private lessons are standard for beginners so each child can gain basic skills at his/her own pace without pressure to advance with the group. Her knowledge and keen eye are something she easily passes to her students, encouraging todays youth to become tomorrows 'horsepeople'
