Imported Hanoverian
Akzent II x Lanthan

Aunt Marsha was imported by the RCMP for use in their breeding program. The value of her bloodlines is undeniable and can be seen in many of todays top hannoverian horses. She passes on her most desired qualities to her offspring, many of whom are currently competing in sport and used as breeding stock themselves. Aunt Marsha is a striking, large mare with powerful movement and a pleasing, quiet temperament; the ideal mix for todays sport horses in any discipline and for any level of rider.

Akzent II: Absatz/Wega ( Waidmannsdank (xx);1974 ; 16.3h; Bay Hanoverian Stallion.Akzent II was regarded as one of the best producers of rideability in modern day horse breeding. He is also the dam's sire of stallions, De Niro and Dimension.

Akzent's sire Absatz, is one of the few sires who had an enormous impact on Hanoverian breeding after the Second World War. He gave the modern Hanoverian the characteristic and incomparable "Absatz type" which this breed was envied of for a long time and by which this breed still profits in the second and third generation even today. A noble head with an impressive face, ideal neck and saddle position, as well as light-footed paces combined with a good shoulder are the characteristics of his offspring and his most important sons - such as Admiral (I and II), Aktuell, Argentan or Akzent (I and 11). Dam-sire Waidmannsdank xx was one of the most influential thoroughbred stallions of the post-war period in Hanover. With regard to the number of approved stallions and main-studbook mares sired by him he is the leading thoroughbred sire of Celle, with regard to the number of registered competition horses he is beaten by Der Lowe xx. The legendary Ferdinand was Hanover's first top sire after the War.

Lanthan 1978 16H 2 1/2" black Hanoverian stallion.  SPT Adelheidsdorf 1981 : Overall 127.92 (4/33) Lanthan is the leading Hanoverian sire in Germany for producing both dressage and jumper performance horses.  Lanthan sires versatile, elegant, modern, large-framed horses of lovely type and with wonderful temperament.

For a very long time Hanoverian breeders have preferred the elegant Lanthan as a producer of excellent dressage horses. But he also has proven to be an important sire of jumping horses. Because of these successes, Lanthan was for many years placed first in the overall breed values of the National Equestrian Federation (FN). Over his breeding career Lanthan has produced many successful performance horses as well as 15 licensed sons and 65 state's premium mares. His offspring are mostly beautiful horses with elastic movements and a great rideability. They are known for being typy, with good interior attributes and above average rideability. He has sired many conformation champions in Germany and his daughters and their descendants are noted broodmares. The high percentage of Thoroughbred blood in his pedigree makes him a valuable performance and refinement sire. In 1999 Lanthan was the stallion with the highest breeding value in his age-group.
